Retail Customers
must return units purchased from a LifeDealer within 60 days or less to that LifeDealer even if the unit was shipped from LifeIonizers directly to the customer.

Wholesale Ionizers purchased by a LifeDealer- All Sales are final and there are no returns on merchandise purchased wholesale.

Financed ionizers- All Sales are final and there are no returns on merchandise purchased by a retail customer or a LifeDealer through finance plans.

If the ionizer is defective, LifeIonizers will replace or repair the unit according to our warranty, see below.

A LifeDealer can choose to require a 15% restocking fee from the customer returning the unit in "as new" condition. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.

A LifeDealer can choose to deduct from any refund to the customer the original shipping charges and the shipping charges to return the ionizer.

No return to LifeIonizers (for repair or other reason) can be accepted without our prior authorization. If you wish to return an ionizer please call our office at 1-800-578-5939 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). That number must be on the outside of the box that is used to return the ionizer. If the RA Number is not on the outside of the box our receiving personnel will refuse the delivery.

  • As of 6/1/09-9/30/09: All LIFE 7600 & 8100 (with any technology) purchased are at 10 years full parts and labor.
  • As of 10/1/09-10/31/09 :All LIFE Ionizers that are purchased will receive LIFEtime on all Parts, 10 years on Labor
  • As of 11/1/0-until further notice: LIFE 7600, 8000, 8100 will receive LIFEtime on all Parts and 5 years on all Labor (plus 20 years on MESH plates Technology)

With all LIFEtime warranties offered, after the Five (5) year warranty on Labor lapses there will be a Labor charge up to $199.00 per repair occurrence.

Warranty is valid when all regular maintenance routines are followed. The following routine maintenance procedures will help keep your ionizer running at the optimal performance level for a LIFEtime:

*All other units revert back to standard manufactures warranty.
*The warranty that is in effect at the time the machine is purchased (not registered with the company for the warranty) is the one that is honored. Warranties are not compounded- i.e. Manufactures warranty and Promotional warranties can not be combined.

  • Internal filters must be changed once per year
  • Hard water areas must change the Scale Arrest hard water pre-filter once yearly
  • Citric acid cleaning filter must be used once per year

Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect.  We provide a Free "hard water" (Scale Block) pre-filter and housing for customers in "hard water" areas (17 grains or higher) and this must be used to provide warranty coverage in these areas, as this stops the build-up of calcium inside the units in hard water areas. We also have for purchase a 5 stage reverse osmosis units for our customers in hard water areas - these are provided at less than wholesale costs.

Neglect includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions in the owner's manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the unit or other carelessness.
