LIFE Ionizer™ Finance Options

Lease-to-Own Program

The first option we have available is for business owners only, which is a lease-to-own program. If the Customer receives an approval, we will make contact to that person the same business day to proceed with the application. This program offers three different Credit Promotions that can be chosen from:

• First there is a 90 day deferred program which will be 90 days no payments. After the 90
days, there will be a set monthly payment for 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months.

• Second there is a 7 x $100.00 Program which will include a down payment of $100.00 and a
monthly payment of $100.00 for 6 months. After the 6 months, there will be a set payment
for 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months.

• Third there is a Seasonal Program where the Customer chooses 3 consecutive months to
have no payments on a 12 month, 24 month, of 36 month lease term.

THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO HOMEOWNERS AND RENTERS.

Cost to Dealer: $150.00-$200.00*

Same as Cash Program

Additionally, we have a finance program that offers our Customers 6-12 months Same As Cash. Dependent
upon the Customer’s credit score a down payment of $0.00-$200.00 may be required. After
the 6-12 months, the APR will be 14.9%. The monthly payments may vary depending on the total
amount financed as well as the particular payment factor that is chosen. The minimum monthly
payment can be calculated by multiplying the total finance amount by the following percentages:
3.5%, 5%, or a 9.5%. Depending on what kind of monthly payment a person wants is how Life Ionizers
will determine what percentage to use. For example on a $2,000.00 sale and $200.00 down with
a payment factor of 5%, a Customer’s monthly payment calculates to be $90.00 with a 14.9% APR.

Third-Party Financing Program Options

Finally, we work with a finance company that offers three great ways to purchase a Life Ionizer.

• First there is a 3, 6, and 12 month Same As Cash plan that requires $0.00 down.

• Second this finance program offers Customers an option to have an 11% APR over a period of
60 months.

• Thirdly there is a 12 month Equal Payment option, with a 0% APR that requires $0.00 down.
Minimum monthly payments are calculated by multiplying the total finance amount by the following
payment factor of 2.5%. For example, on a $2,000.00 sale with $0.00 down and a payment factor of
2.5% a Customer’s monthly payment calculates to be $50.00/month.
